Warranty

All of our jewelry comes with a 1 year warranty for any manufactures/makers defects. Loss and physical damage caused to the jewelry will not be covered, however we do understand sometimes "things" happen and if we are able to repair it we will always try.  Please email us if you are unsure if the item will be covered under warranty.

Any warranty work can be brought into our retail locations for repair.  For out of town repairs please mail the jewelry back to us.  Once we receive it we will repair it and get it back to you in the mail so please send you return address.  Please send it Regular Post in an envelope with some bubble wrap or tissue for protection.  $1.94 postage is required on the envelope. Please send your name, return address and original invoice number inside the envelope.
